Many people will admit to going to a class and learning some great new behaviors, but then struggle to implement them in “real life”. Coaching in Action gives you a personal coach back in the field observing and coaching you while you try the new behaviors.
Let’s say you’ve learned a new way to conduct a meeting. We could attend your next meeting as an observer and take notes on how you utilize the new behaviors you learned about facilitating more effective meetings. Then we’ll provide specific, behavior-based feedback following the meeting. Another way is to have us listen by teleconference. Either way, you end up with real life, real time feedback on what you’re doing well, and ideas to increase effectiveness even further.
